What are your hours of operation?

Pacific Shore Property Management is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you cannot reach us in the office we may have stepped out to show a property or check on a repair. It is always best to schedule a visit to our office so we can be sure someone is there to meet you.


Something in my apartment needs to be fixed; what should I do?

Please submit a maintenance request through your tenant portal located here, someone will get back to you within 48 business hours.


Can I be reimbursed for repairs I do on my own?

ONLY if you request and receive prior written approval from our office.


What is considered a maintenance emergency?

A maintenance emergency is something that will cause immediate danger to residents or the property. In other words, it cannot be fixed tomorrow, it must be fixed today. For example, a burst pipe, sewer backup, etc. If you have such an emergency please call (310) 982-2694 immediately. For all other matters please submit your maintenance request through your tenant portal located here.


I smell gas in my apartment, what should I do?

Please contact The Gas Company immediately as they have the proper equipment to detect and locate a gas leak. They can be reached at (800) 427-2200 or online at www.socalgas.com.


I have no power in my apartment, what should I do?

Contact the electrical company FIRST to see if there is a general power outage in the area. You can find contact information for the electric company that serves your area by downloading the contact information for Utility Companies document from above. If there is no power outage in your area, call the office during normal business hours at (310) 839-8970 or if it’s after hours, call the emergency maintenance line at (310) 982-2694.


I locked myself out of my apartment; what should I do?

If you locked yourself out during normal business hours, you can come by the office and check out a key for copying by leaving a $75 cash deposit. If you locked yourself out after hours you will need to call a locksmith to let you in.


How do I pay my rent?

Rent is always due on the first of the month, payable by personal check, money order, cashier’s check, or simply pay your rent on our website! Please consult your lease to find out who checks should be made payable to. Cash is never accepted for rental payments.


When is the office closed?

Pacific Shore Property Management is closed for the following holidays:

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • Memorial Day

 

  • Independence Day

 

  • Labor Day

 

  • Thanksgiving Day

 

  • Day After Thanksgiving
