Our President and Property Manager is Larry Cobar, CCRM. Larry oversees the daily operations at Pacific Shore Property Management and is available to our clients at all times. Hard working and reasonable, he’s able to bridge the gap between our clients, their goals, and our various residents’

A graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, Larry uses his solid business background and results-oriented philosophy to achieve our clients’ real estate goals, both large and small. He is also a Licensed California Real Estate Broker, Accredited Property Manager through the California Apartment Association (CAA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA), and a standing member of the Apartment Owners Association of Greater Los Angeles (AOAGLA) and the Apartment Owners Association (AOA).

As a Los Angeles native Larry understands what makes Los Angeles such a great city, with so many amazing communities. Having worked extensively with the Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) he has a strong background in Landlord-Tenant Law, and the Rent Stabilization Ordinance. When our clients’ properties are subject to inspection by the Los Angeles Housing Department or any housing departments within the incorporated cities of Los Angeles, he is always closely involved in the process to represent the owner’s interests.

Larry’s comprehensive knowledge of the LAHD Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP) and Utility Maintenance Program (UMP) led to creation of our exclusive REAP Removal Service, which assists clients trapped in the REAP/UMP programs by developing and executing a removal plan for each situation.
